How to sponsor

1.Application Access

Access 1: The completed Sponsorship and Exhibition Reservation Form need to be signed / stamped by the sponsor / exhibitor representative and sent to WTC2024 Organizing Committee via email (exhibition@wtc2024.cn).

Access 2:Through the official website of WTC2024 - enter "Sponsors & Exhibitors", fill in and submit the application.

Organizing committee will reply by email or phone within 1-2 working days after your application is submitted.

2.Documents Requirements

Sponsorship packages are limited in number and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsors must be legal persons or other organizations legally registered and validly existing in the People's Republic of China and countries or regions outside the customs territory.

All sponsorship and exhibiting content are subject to the receipt of the signed contract, and we will provide you with the contract documents upon receipt of your reservation.

After signing the contract, please make your payment on time as required by the contract.

How to become an exhibitor

1.Application Access

Access 1:The completed Sponsorship and Exhibition Reservation Form should be signed/stamped by the exhibitor representative and sent to the WTC2024 Organizing Committee via email (exhibition@wtc2024.cn).

Access 2:TThrough the official website of WTC2024 - enter "Sponsors & Exhibitors", fill in the form and submit the application.

The application will be answered by email or phone within 1-2 working days after your submission.

All participation content is subject to the receipt of signed contract, we will provide you with contract documents upon receipt of reservation.

After signing the contract, please make your payment on time as required by the contract.

2.Preparatory work after confirmation of your booth

①The standard booth of 9 m² (3*3) will be provided by the Organizing committee

②For Exhibition Space of 36m² (inclusive) or more: Exhibitors will be responsible for their own booth design, booth construction and related costs. The exhibition organizer will only provide the venue, basic lighting and cleaning of public areas, as detailed in the Exhibitor's Manual.

3.Stand Rental

General Policy

The exhibitor should ensure the legality, authenticity and validity of all materials submitted. Before submitting the exhibition contract, please read and abide by the Exhibition Terms and Conditions carefully. The Terms and conditions constitute an integral part of the exhibition contract and have the same legal effect as the exhibition contract.

Sponsorship and exhibition oppotunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All sponsorship and exhibition content is subject to the receipt of signed contract, we will provide you with contract documents upon receipt of your reservation.

All costs of the conference do not include VAT. If the exhibitor needs the VAT invoice, the tax rate of 6% of the total price shall be charged.

After signing the contract, please make your payment on time as required by the contract.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be signed/stamped in writing by the exhibitor before being sent to the sponsorship and exhibition team.

Cancellation refunds are as follows:

For cancellation before June 1, 2023 (excluding), 30% of the total fee will be deducted as management fee.

For cancellation from June 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024 (excluding), 50% of the total fee will be deducted as management fee.

Cancellations are non-refundable from 1 January 2024 (inclusive) to the start of the conference.
